The film is produced by Sunil Kumar Thapa under the banner of Suhana Entertainment and Sunil Kumar Thapa Production.
The film stars Anmol Kc and Suhana Thapa in the leading role alongside Salon Basnet, Arpan Thapa, and Rabindra Jha. It is the fourth installment of the A Mero Hajur franchise, and the sequel of the film ‘A Mero Hajur 3’. The cinematography is handled by Sanjay Lama and edited by Mitra D. Gurung. A Mero Hajur 4 was theatrically released on 14 April 2022 (Baisakh 1, 2079) concluding the Nepali new year (Naya Barsha).
